My 14 year old car needs repair now. After Christmas, I am planning to bring my car to a reliable auto repair shop. Last December 8 our church scheduled a surprise Christmas party for our church workers who will not be celebrating Christmas with us. They are a family who lives in Thailand and they will be leaving the country so soon because they were tasked to go back to their place on December 16. My wife will pretend to invite the couple for a special dinner on a restaurant. My wife was the actress at that time and told the couple that I will be waiting at the restaurant, but the truth was not just me but all of our church mates.

While I was on my way to the restaurant, I was so surprised when my car stopped at the middle of the road. My wife was already calling, but I still can't go to the restaurant because my car broke. I called my brother in law for help and checked if my car has undergone tune up or oild change. I wasn’t so sure if it has but I’m sure the problem isn’t related to it. I was beginning to feel anxious because I don’t want to ruin the surprise party. I just informed my wife of what happened and good thing she had other plans in order not to spoil the surprise. I was also thankful that day because my brother in law came and helped me figure out the problem. We really took the time to find out the real problem of my car. To make the story short, the problem was solved.
