I am really disappointed and fed up with the sloooooooow connection of Globelines. This is happening all the time. What’s worse is that I got disconnected every 5 minutes. When this happens, I usually call their customer care hotlines and hoping to get an immediate response or action to this matter. But all I got were all unintelligent promises but no action at all. When I tried to email my concern, they just sent me automated reply… and no action again.
Just today, the connection is so slooooow, that I decided to call this matter again. I was so surprised that the customer service assistant told me that I got disconnected because I wasn’t able to pay my bills. Oh, c’mon! enough with these unwise excuses and alibis. I just paid my bills with you guys and if I’m disconnected how come I can have the access to the internet? What’s up Globelines! We’re paying the exact amount here and we deserve to have the right service.
I can’t wait to end my contract with Globelines Broadband!
